Dear Sandy
Thanks for this helpful post. Do you have any thoughts on how to bundle a printed book (through CreateSpace) and a video (also through them)? After that is done, I’d like to do a similar thing through Kindle.

Thank you for sharing, Sandra. Your willingness to help others find their way through the maze of self publishing is greatly appreciated. I was naïve when I self published my first two books through what turned out to be “vanity publishers” and have a lot of wounds. The quality of the final products was good and book reviews have been great, but my pain from the experiences lingers. Although I love writing, I felt as though I should quit writing. Again, I thank you for your help.
